So did i - there seemed some urgency. Why? preparation for a CR price target as part of PE?
@PhillW u have some expertise here. If FAR was to raise a cr component in a PE, what do you think could be a strike price? mid 6s? I previously didnt anticipate a CR until u and Hotazel alerted me to this as part of a potential PE funding. I always had TO in mind but this is a new twist and the trading in the last few months makes sense if it was a CR planned in the works.
