Nope for 2 reasons.
1. It is already listed, they prefer pre-listing and secondly being listed on the ASX drives a high degree of transparency which is something they don't like.
2. Try asking a PE firm to fund a market acquisition when the market cap sits at $1.4Bn on the share price it is. PE firms don't like portfolio positions unless they are setting themselves up for exiting.
Maybe a hedge fund or a super fund?...but not a PE firm or even a HNW individual.
