The next big announcement is the outcome of the stage 2 pilot plant processing i.e. production of lithium carbonate and potassium chloride. It is a big'un and is imminent - see Mick's post from two days ago.

They have $40 million in the bank and LPI's project funding liability to earn the 50% earn-in is a fraction of that. No CR required. Going forward, its up to the Board and management to arrive at a project funding mechanism which will minimise dilution and optimise the potential financial return to shareholders. Given the current EV and battery environment, that should not be difficult to accomplish given there are a stack of end-users climbing all over each other to secure supplies of lithium.
