Maybe as American allies , the US can now have some input into how they use or dont use those nukes.
However i think the real question that you should ask is , who were the irresponsible middle powers who helped BOTH India and Pakistan to get them in the first place.
Who helped Nth Korea develop nukes?
and Who is helping Iran in its nuclear program?
