Wilmington, NC (ON-SITE/OFFICE) Job Description:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Manager is responsible for leading GLE’s overall regulatory strategy as well as the licensing of one or more proposed uranium enrichment production facilities. This includes licensing of special nuclear materials pursuant to 10 CFR 70 as well as permitting, transportation, export controls, and (international) nuclear cooperation matters. The Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Manager also serves as the primary interface among GLE’s regulatory stakeholders including the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Department of Energy (DOE), federal and state agencies, and relevant industry working groups.
