Wouldn’t worry about retail left holding.
I remember years ago when all the major banks sold off their premises followed by other major institutions. Lots of these properties were snapped up by poor mum and dad investors.

looking at those same properties today on paper would show that the poor mum and dad investors done very nicely at the opportunity giving to them by the multinational companies.
But at the time I guess everyone else that didn’t buy did so because they assumed it was bad news otherwise they wouldn’t be selling.
