I hate to say it (and I am no longer holding since 72c mark) that I still see PEK going down until Feb. i will buy in then again perhaps - if it drops to around 10-12c and if I feel mgt have some other options/plans going forward.
I feel the REE market will pick up March onwards 2013. All REE stocks.
