Broker plays the same game every day, tiny buy in the morning, followed by selling into the even price offer around midday to close down for the day on low volume.
Target zone 8 cents, same as the 58 mil buy?
That would be timed with news in about week to 10 days.
Not worried about the 10th of May ( that permit can easily be extended ), the important deadline for the company is the 18th of June.
One would expect a 2 week period from the large IFC sell down to news to avoid inside trading concerns.
My guess is therefore news to be expected around 10th to 15th of May.
