Funnily enough, since the SML application there has been only positive commentary/feedback from the Tanz Govt & PEK announcements. Like, PEK has ticked all the boxes, good corporate citizens by providing community facilities, the granting of SML is imminent. Nothing negative whatsoever. The reality over 3.5 years is that there has been a lot of positive talk (As per currently) and absolutely no action of substance.
Seems to be no urgency in granting these mining licenses. Very hard to fathom.
