It was announced because PEK representatives were present when the minister stated that the Tanz Govt will grant the SML to mine Ngualla.
That information is price sensitive so the BOD of PEK are duty bound to announce such.
The most important info that was missing was when they would sign of on this promise.
When the promise plus any conditions are announced then we should see the real action share price wise.
I am wondering if Bardin or Tony met with the UK delegation?
