Will the Peak Resources proposed Wilton Park Teeside site process RE ore from other mining ventures, particularly if there are delays with the mining licence? Ditto, Pensana at the Saltend Chemicals Park, now granted planning consent?
I can see there could be competition problems, but with the shortage of refinery capacity outside China, it makes sense for Europe and the USA to secure as much processing capability as possible.
