Personally, I think we are over the top of the curve and Peak Oil is upon us...in which case a lot more land is going to be dedicated to producing Biofuels and this land needs plenty of phosphate-based fertilizer. Land dedicated to biofuel is also not food-producing land, hence food prices go up.
So high oil is very good for Rock Phosphate, very good for MAK.
Transport prices to tenant creek and Darwin will increase, but the far higher Rock Phosphate price will more than offset.
Does anyone on here know about the quality of the rock compared to other deposits? Impurities etc?
