transport cost to darwin wont go up much, rail will stay cheap. Just the trucking leg. Other relevant point is, MAK has a competitive advantage in transport costs compared to the current major exporter being Morrocco. Its a lot closer to some of the Asian markets and hence much lower freight. The large palm oil operations in Indo and Malaysia will need huge phosphate suplies.
