What was the CFO doing up until then? Or was the board and/or CEO ignoring the CFO? Or were the board and/or CEO guilty all on their own. One or the other.
As for trotting the CR out "instead" of the quarterly - lost for words.
If you're not up to the job then.....

I simply don't understand why share holders who just had 30% (more) of their value in ALC torn from them aren't more aggrieved with management.

Totally agree.

If only one of these well remunerated managers would look straight into the camera, apologise for their asleep at the wheel MO, foliowed up with a seemingly genuine "We expletive removed Up"
