You would think they have decided who has the biggest gun already because the 'major' ticks in this partnership has been ticked off and only the minor things to work out yes ?
That would mean that they have already decided on who the investor is. They have also visited the ground.. been taken out for a beautiful dinner.. few bottles of grange on the plastic...
