    If you look at the half empty glass, management sold a good chunk of the company at discount and some shareholders want out, no binding agreement, funding issues,etc...
    If you look at the half full glass, a PE fund usually invests in a company to make substantial returns (even if they enter at a discount) with an horizon of typically 5 to 7yrs, resources are there and stock looks cheap.
    Anyone who comes in shouldn't expect to double or triple within 6m to 1 year but much longer term, once production starts and minerals are actually sold
