At first glance I like it Vincenski !
The payment of 24,266,475 PEK shares at say 45 cents each is $10,919,913 plus $5,714,285 values the 20% at $16,634,198 which values the whole of Ngualla at approx. $83 mil.
But hang on, Zari has other assets as well. Like gold assets of which PEK also has jv's with. So this area is also being cleaned up.
A cap raising will now need to be done. At what price ?. This could be viewed as the only downer part in the short term.
In 6 months though it will be viewed as one of the great opportunities.
