Zari shareholders get $6m cash and 24.266475m shares (roughly 15% of new number of shares for PEK). This means Zari still hold 15% of Ngualla and get $6m cash for giving up 5% of Ngualla. This values 5% of the project at $6m cash. Do your math to come up with what PEK should worth when holding 100% interest. I am a happy longterm holder.
