They've had since Friday Morning - for something as significant as this, working through the weekend, burning the midnight oil to correctly announce this to market, ensuring all I's are dotted, T's crossed (ie proof read thoroughly) would have to have been on the cards.
It is as significant an announcement to shift this project past the orphan period as I can think of (finance notwithstanding).
Also having the weekend to call their prospective & MOU partners - TiO2 offtake, finance, EPCM etc.
Tonight would be a good night to let the market know this is a reality about to happen.
