it is shared, but sits on PLG's tenements and the roads to access it go through both PLG and CIM's tenements. Believe PLG did it to disrupt CIM and prevent them from mining to eventually take over their tenement? Seems very greedy but can't explain it otherwise. PLG wanted exclusive rights of it.
