I Havnt really looked at this one since listing so I really don't have a lot to add.
At the time of listing I did get the prospectus and like all prospectuses (prospectii?) it sounded good. However, I spoke to a friend who is a dentist (and investor) and he reckoned that the cost savings that were hoped for (ie the main rationale behind merging all the labs together) would be very hard to achieve.
Subsequent to the float I was (obviously) pleased not to have bought in.
Are you able to pass on any further info?
