You know when many public figures "make mistakes" in their private lives, people who defend them say what they do in their private life has nothing to do with their work life...
i do not agree.
When people are dishonest, lack integrity in their private lives, then it is my belief this is a trait they will exhibit regardless whether it is in their work life or private life.
For example, let's look at Troy Buswell. When a man can hurt those people closest to him, ie wife and kids, is he a man you would trust? Does he have integrity? What are his core values?
Same thing applies to those in management. If some of these men can destroy their own families, how much will they care about shareholders?
These type of men are very selfish and have very large egos that need feeding. These type of men are not men that you trust.
People within the walls of Neptune will know who I am talking about.
So it goes back to Buffets original question. Do you admire and trust these men?
