    grafton is correct ...soo ..soo corrupt they are ...think 43 billion ..with no scrutiny .... now your talking ..a scam of all time preportions ..goal is the solution in the long run ..
    it's worked before ..perhaps the penal colony needs and new penal colony.. anyway eventually a few of them will walk the plank and wont that be pretty to watch.
