On January 31 Pearson Holdings (Aust ) Pty Ltd lodged a substantial shareholder notice stating they now own 5.05% of TNT for a consideration of 17.7c. Half of the 68.38 million shares were bought on 23/12/2021 and the other 34.51 on 16/11/2022. Interesting they paid 17.7c for the 2nd half when the share price was much lower??? This company is owned by Pearson PLC, a $6.67 billion company.
Perhaps a takeover is in the offing.
