so none of you are able to address Pearson's insight into what has followed from the No! campaign and Dutton's rejection of Albanese's proposal of bipartisanship on the referendum?

    not one of you?

this shows excellent insight into the very nature of adversarial politics. if no reasoned or rational argument is available, personal attacks, lies and disinformation are the only tools remaining. and the posters above prove Pearson correct.

its a terrible indictment on self-righteousness, and the conservative lack of intellect that such low tactics have been employed instead of facts, logic or insight into the state of remote communities.

perhaps this is the true reason for the failure of Closing the Gap; that conservative lack of compassion, lack on intelligence has been the deciding factor.

one of the consequences of a No! vote succeeding will certainly be the fall of the Liberal Party political capital and the isolation of conservatism from genuine political debate. - thats my prediction.
