In my opinion I think you ought to appreciate that while its share price appears to be in a bit of a nose dive at the moment I hope that is just because of a lack of foresight by some punters. It could even be a deliberate pushing down of the share price for some low buying opportunities.
The end of the financial year for PEB is the end of March. I guess they will announce some preliminary results some time towards the end of April. If the results are good then we could witness quite a rapid reversal in the share price. It will all depend on how many test they have done during the year and by how much they have increased the number of test quarter on quarter. They have plenty of money to undertake their expansion of their sales so don't write them off yet.
