I dont know that much detail about those characters but I think there is more to learn about those disasters and we have the technology and need to search deaper than before.

How much money will the regulators and protectors of our systems of trade and markets attract??

I have read that the regulators just dont have the resources and good operators ..paid adequately, to protect our systems from corruption and manipulation.

Time is of the essence for these measures too!
Perhaps hire some of the sacked banking employees to help save whats left of the system.

So much time and money is being spent on fiscal manipulation that could be wasted in one days trading by manipulation or one good company exposed unneccarily.
