Interesting comments, I think we are all a bit disappointed with the SP although I am not surprised. As silent T mentioned is there a blind spot we are all missing?
Over a period of the time the market generally values MC correctly, there appears to some relentless seller/s that is unloading whenever a buyer enters the market and it also looks like their are brokers working the market eg waiting until the buyers build and then drop a parcel. Buying has been weak for a long time and I think it is because the market is frustrated with certain points that have been discussed here today.
All that being said I am still confident that we could be on a big winner here and as they say fortune favours the brave..
