Looks like we will be waiting until at least August. It is unlikely the amended Scottish Planning Policy Document in June will overhaul the need for gas and more importantly unconventional gas. The 2km buffer zone may be something that would have a negative impact to DTE's plans. I am still confident of a positive outcome but with conditions. Hopefully we do not find out in August that we need 12 months base line data before proceeding.
