the above is interesting..so we only have a few sensible ones,.... and so that excludes the majority of AVB posters as being sensible.

I sold a good portion of my shares yesterday ,and today , right now could buy them back at a 10% discount, so that makes me a headless chook and not to be included in the sensible few .....

i kinda see it a little differently..

that discount is growing by the minute...now 15%

no worries, I fully intent to buy them back again..7's
