Yes bethebest heading in the right direction, the company has not put a foot wrong.

It is a fact that AVB is no market darling that's for sure. It is also a fact that many of the expectations expressed on this forum over the last 12 months have not been met.

All that aside I am still happy to leave my money in the pot because I feel somewhere under all that is a massive upside. particularly if the company continues to not put a foot wrong
