Hi All!

I've always wondered why people bother posting when they don't hold shares also. In my case, I was a Mel shareholder for almost 6 years. I believed in Mel as did the Dairy and Meatworks did in the NR, till the anti-fossil fuel activists infiltrated the NR, with their propaganda and then the locals turned against Mel, and the rest is history.

The State Govt behaved like the mafia, to protect their turf. We won the court case, only to be bullied by the Govt, refusing to support and offer Mel police protection, to continue with their work, given them an ultimatum, a take it or leave it, a measly 25million, and leaving the gas worth billions in the ground, after all that hard work and time.

Mel to me was like getting a divorce. I was loyal and was taken for a ride. I did not see it coming. The papers came. I voted NO and was still taken to the cleaners. No justice.

Over on the STO thread, they were concerned that they do not have enough gas. I always thought STO would be our white knight, not knowing they had 9 billion in debt, now 6 billion since capital raising. In any case, instead of paying 5 cents a share dividend, they could of bought Mel for peanuts, and kept that gas on the backburner, till needed.

I am still chasing my tail getting knowwhere, as I did not know that gas tracks the oil price.

Hoping for good news to all loyal Mel shareholders that have been patient and have been thru a lot of heartache.
