On 13th July, Peel Water Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Port Bouvard, was granted a Water Services Operating License by the ERA:

'the Authority approves the grant of a water operating licence (licence) to the Applicant to provide potable and non-potable water supply and sewerage services to the Point Grey Development site located in the Shire of Murray, subject to, and in accordance with, the terms set out in the licence for a period of 25 years.'

So now we have approval for 3080 lots and a 25 year license to provide water and sewerge services.

Great news, wont be long now for subdivision and works approval to be granted.
