Earnings per share is 44cents, which suggests a fair value of share price at $5.28 with a P/E ratio of 12. Agreed TOL has been bottomed at $4 (wish I had bought at that level).

If TOL can continue its growths as planned, it should be able to improve its earnings in the next reporting period. Accordingly SP should be easily going up to $6 level. The key is they have to convince the market their strategies are working.
