Item 4: Re-election of Johan Bloemsma (Voted: AGAINST)
Item 5: Re-election of Connie Molusi (Voted: FOR)

Thought it was missing the more important ones below:

Item 7: Re-election of Peter Landau (Will Vote: AGAINST)

If we can't get 6 to 8. How do we vote them off CCC?

I thought the one page PEER ANALYSES (note the mispelling), was a poor way of Management passing the blame to current Industry sentiment. If you look at the companies they did the peer comparison against most are considerably up on their lows, CCC seems to be the worst hit out of the lot. They should do a peer analyses on renumeration, third party transactions, resource write offs, royalty payments, missed targets & incomplete transactions, printing of more shares to dilute the company, cashburn and cashflow analysis....

Casting my eye in the NKP boards, it seems Peter Landau is thought to be on the outer, this is helping the SP move in the right direction..what does that tell you about calibre of Management?
