End of the day it all depends How Much Uranium Inventory (Measured and Indicated) PEN builds over the next 12 months. If PEN can pull around 90 mlb before end of the year(which most likely they will) then market cap on PEN will reach around 600-700 Million Plus based on $50 U3O8.
If U3O8 improves(as PDN predicts) and reached back to $70/lb then PEN market cap should reach around 900 Millions plus.
Remember URZ is next door and have consistantly traded at two times on $/lb basis:
