Interesting idea rtenn, it would take one hell of a dealmaker to pull anything like that off. We couldn't offer any scrip, so I don't know what the hell we'd offer except lbs. And if they wanted that the acquisition would be the other way around.
Also the other problem is they're a touch late to buy Paladin:
