SPM invested $40 million but true value is about $100 million, as scoping studies indicated $140 million for the plant but now we only need to make further $40 million.
50/50 JV indicates CSD's skan projects has value about $40 million or 20 cents a share at basement price.
CSD's share of $20 million towards plant can be loaned from SPM, and to use it's 1st year prodution to pay off that,no risk to both parties.
The plant will be here for another 30 years as so much ore to process form the area.
Like any mining company,commodity price is the key factor of how sucessful CSD can be.
