    Why would Wolf not lob a TO offer at $0.15 cents for CNQ, save $145m in capex and get more with a lower risk profile than what they currently have in their own backyard??

    now THAT would be interesting...

    good luck all...hopefully Mitsubishi are not far away with a commitment and funding package.

    DYOR...but my fingers are crossed!
