This company has a micro cap of around 1.3 million. They have 1.5 mill in bank, 30 million shares on issue which the top 20 own 53% of and as stated in there quarterly are commencing ground work on there copper/gold/silver prospect. I am of the opinion that as a shell the company should have a market cap of 1 million then add the cash of 1.5 and you have a market cap of 2.5 million which should equate to a share price of 9-10c. If any acquisitions are made or any sort of discovery was made and the company was to be valued at a market cap of say 5 million the share price should be 20c, I can find dozens of companies with no cash and no resource with a market cap 5 times this one.
