They look like great value atm. My only concern is the level of debt, esp. relative to its peers CCH and CLH. Both seem high, around 65% D/E, but PNC are closer to 75%. On all other measures, PNC look great!
With IRs ticking up over the next few years, does this concern anyone? Will they recover higher interest costs with higher debt recoveries, albeit with a lag time?
