I forgot to add in the savings from the govt royalty for Cu plate is 2.5%
20,000 ton x 2.5% x US$9000/ton Cu price X 1.35 = A$6m /year saved
For Cu concentrate royalty is 5%
add the $10m saved = A$16m a year extra profit
so about 10% more profit as compared to making 20,000 ton of Cu concentrate
