Totally agree with you, people get bored waiting for explorers to mine. Once the upgrade is announced traders will drift away unless they have something to keep them here.
The deal with Richland is more important than the increase in JORC. It changes KNL from an explorer to a producer. At that stage you will get institutional investors buying in.
Richland have an AGM on Friday this coming week so you may here something by then.
