you would have people believe the costs are certain to be less than the numbers RED is using even though those numbers come from the company itself...
you say the process has changed therefore you shouldn't rely on the company numbers...
should potential investors rely on your assumptions?
this company would have investors believe they are attempting to get finance without a current bankable feasibility study how can they be taken seriously or is that how business is done at this level...
is the company so unprofessional and amateurish that they think they can secure circa $1billion+ with a 'she'll be right cobber where from the West pal we reckon we can make a go of it in fact our motto is do nothing and successwillcome'
