Pity I was right.
I made the call that Mgmt were B grade, but I unfortunately did not sell before announcement.
Made a significant loss...in fact, THR was the major contributor to my margin loan being called and losing my entire portfolio!
Lost my ARU in the process with over a 600% gain...THR was an absolute nightmare stock for me. (But, if I did not take out the loan in the first place I would not have gone near them...only myself to blame).
Still getting over it, but coming around.
I will take a stab in the dark and suggest there will be either no off-take agreement, or it will be a rip-off to shareholders.
And I'm not downramping, just calling it as I see it.
We will see.
