peer imbalance

Both King Louie and Nasabear have been discussing the peer imbalance between TON and SYR. It now sits at about 1400% in SYR's favour!
Why so much is the big question.
SYR's advantages seem to be:-
1...SYR was first.
2...SYR is between 6 m0nths and 2 years ahead in its progress. (depending on who you listen to)
3...SYR has institutional support.
4...SYR has a off-take agreement.
5...TON has and is being subjected to sustained attack by the anonymous posters on this forum.(seemingly organised??)

TON's advantages seem to be
1... TON has a larger resource of similar grade and much greater tenements
2...TON is closer to Port.
3...TON with the jumbo flake at Ancuabe can offer a greater range of flake sizes.
4...TON does not have concerns about access to its deposit being affected by flood in the wet season and therefore a more reliable supplier.

Question:- IF TON did a deal with the owners of the existing plant at Ancuabe and were able to get to production first and IF TON announced similar size off-takes to what SYR has, would they not then leap frog SYR. ???
Then how long would it take for that 1400% peer imbalance to be erased?? Days,weeks??
