    The thing is it's both: AVZ is horribly overvalued and FFX is horribly undervalued. We have a clear path to production and have the simplest 100% offtake deal ever. AVZ have a lot of rocks in the ground but may never actually get them out.
    CXO is horribly overvalued and LTR is actually, fairly valued considering their resource and location.
