Cannacords 02 June note has an tp of $1.60 based on a 'Conservative' 4-5m oz for the MRE!
Argonauts 21 May note gives an estimated A$2b NAV for Deg. In US$ that's $1.5bn.
Avge NAV/oz total resource for Tier 1 producers is around US$250/ oz.
At 9m oz and current mcap of A$1.65bn, Deg is way behind the curve imo. A more suitable valuation, based on today's impressive maiden innings should be around the A$2.50 mark. As both Cannacord and Argos recent tps were A$1.60, it will be interesting to see where their respective updates land.
