    Maybe.
    Azarga must of seen some sort of value and potential when making a decision. They could have easily invested in blue chips BHP, Commonwealth bank or Cameco. Yet they chose to invest $4.3 million in Black Range Minerals, a small, relatively unknown junior. Perspective please
