    I dont know how to calculate fair value based on where BAR is at, and with the management and any merger Q. Speculation is speculation but how more can this run with concerns (great if it was being solved) outstanding, if they are concerns to be really concerned about? Its always easy to underestinate how management or elements in it can slow things down.
